We will: – teach you about the foundations of Ayurveda and how you can apply its principles to your daily life. – teach about your Dosha or constitutional type and find out what your individual optimal diet is. – talk about the shifts that could be made in your daily and seasonal routines to boost your immunity and adaptability to stress. – practice meditation and pranayama (breathing) techniques that you can take home with you. – have a cooking demo and talk about digestive fire and the importance of cooking seasonally using ayurvedic spices.
