I will be your coach to help you stay on track. If you need a more hands on approach, the coaching program is right for you.

Yoga Class
I put an emphasis on using the breath to ease into each movement. I allow time to let the body be cultivated by the position itself and let the muscle fibers relax.

Practice traditional Tantra with me and connect to your Higher Self to flow through life with ease.

Premium Reiki Package
During a Reiki session, you can expect to experience a variety of sensations.
Often, they are described as comforting and kind. As I channel universal life energy, you may feel a deep sense of relaxation and peace washing over you. Warmth, gentle tingling, or a subtle flow of energy are commonly reported sensations.

This includes the initial ayurvedic consultation. follow-up during and 2 weeks after the cleanse. It also includes the herbal protocol and yoga classes during the cleanse.
