Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old living science whose purpose is to ensure complete health and harmony. Although Ayurveda originated in ancient India, its principles apply to any type of diet and any type of background. You could apply Ayurveda to any cuisine, any culture, to vegan and non-vegan Diets. Ayurveda respects the uniqueness of every individual and adapts the regimens to our singularity in order to ensure a successful protocol.
Health does not only concern the physical body. Optimum health concerns the whole Mind-body-energetic complex. We should not only focus on our diet but also on our minds and energy.
